Our beef shin lasagne is the opposite of fast food, beef shin mince slow cooked in a delicious red wine and tomato sauce, elevated by star anise, cloves, treacle and a generous bouquet garni of sage, thyme and rosemary. Our layers of ragu and pasta are accompanied by our cheddar, parmesan and nutmeg infused white sauce.
