Refund Policy

At Ubiquitous Onion, we are committed to delivering high-quality frozen meals made from the best local ingredients. We want you to have a great experience, and while we do our best to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that issues can arise.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at cs.ubiquitosonion@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Perishable Goods and Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific order.

Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs.ubiquitosonion@gmail.com. We’ll need the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if a refund or replacement has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at cs.ubiquitosonion@gmail.com.
