  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery options. If your location falls outside our delivery network, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or offer a refund.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate for standard delivery. The rate will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount. Check our website or promotions for current details.

3. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays.
  • If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Perishable Goods Handling

  • Our meals are shipped frozen and packaged to maintain quality during transit. We use insulated packaging and ice packs to keep items frozen. Please make arrangements to receive your package and promptly store items in your freezer upon arrival.
  • We are not responsible for items that become spoiled due to missed deliveries or if they are left unattended after delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs.ubiquitosonion@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and items, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at your expense. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package, especially for perishable goods.

8. Changes to Your Shipping Information

  • If you need to change your delivery address or contact information after placing an order, please email us at cs.ubiquitosonion@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates if the order has already been processed.
