Being rooted in East Lothian, we are fortunate to be surrounded by some of the best farmland in Scotland. Our close ties to local farmers and producers allow us to source the finest meat, fish, and vegetables from our community. By choosing local and seasonal ingredients, we not only support the livelihoods of our neighbours but also reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a sustainable food system..

Our childhood amongst sheep farming has instilled in us a deep respect for animal welfare and the environment.
